Hello There,
My name is Dirk and I moved here from Berlin a few years ago. Growing up with Unimogs, they were just regular trucks on the road, mainly slow traveling, pulling several trailers.
With the amounts of recreational areas designed for Four Wheeling in the United States it became the obvious choice for me. I Entered the Top Truck Challenge in '93 with my first 404 S, 1955 and placed third with me being a novice driver.
It was an eye opening experience to how these machine compare to domestic vehicles.
Since then, I became very involved in trucks, parts and modifications.
I was finally able to find the perfect truck for me and am building THE camper for it.
